Job Description

• Leads the development, implementation and execution of Best in class manufacturing across all categories and brands in that region
• Engages and establishes strategic partnerships with vendors to collaborate, influence, and drive best in class manufacturing
• Builds effective relationships with vendors and internal Business Partners to drive results
• Leads and participates in meetings with Regional Directors and varied functions to influence and drive change management
• Capability to navigate a complex matrix organization

KEY EXPERIENCES:
• Continuous Improvement: Working together with vendors in improving product quality, production flow, efficiency & productivity and efficient factory management through Industry best practices, bench marking, Lean & through new technology/automation 
• Reporting: Ability to create reports, provide analysis and recommendations to improve productivity & efficiency, and shorten lead time 
• Draft and propose reference materials, benchmark, SOP for effective monitoring and reporting of vendors manufacturing processes
• Support in maintaining benchmarking manufacturing processes across product categories portfolio
• Support in developing & implementing IE & lean manufacturing processes across all product categories for vendors/factories
• Working together with Merchandising & Vendors and drive them for improving production Lead-time 
• Oversee & close working with GIS costing initiatives
• Explore & develop new training tools and training materials for both merchandising & Vendors 
• Supports and tracks key factory productivity metrics to monitor the continuous improvement

Job Requirement

• Graduated from any major
• Communication skills: Both written and verbal – in English
• Project management: is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time 
• Change Leadership: experience leading with and without authority to influence others and drive decision-making
• Personal Leadership: demonstrated executive presence, presentation, influencing, and collaboration across a leadership team
