Job Description

  • • Social Compliance

    • Review documents, recommend ideas, and follow up progress

    • Arrange factory audit schedule with customers

    • Review Factory / 3rd party audit report & prepare CAP

    • Review factory, provide recommendation, solution and assist factories to prepare for Customer / Customer 3rd Party Audit

    • Submit all related Audit Reports to superiors and related departments

    • Assist factories to develop Self-Assessment Program

    • Arrange Training & Seminar activities

    • Follow up customer’s program / project status

    • Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors

    • Communication, information sharing and data control

    • Maintain information and knowledge flow between customers & third party monitoring firms, and all other related sections

    • Collect, update information, and share information & details of related issues

    • Take charge of the Social Compliance Manuals

    • Make contact with related personnel, customers, and 3rd party auditor

    • Good knowledge and relationship with 3rd party audit companies.

Job Requirement

- At least 5 years of experience in social compliance audit or factory root cause and management system audit, training development experience;
- University in Chemistry or Environment and Law, technical field...;
- Prefer candidate has certificate in one or more of the following schemes ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001, ICTI, WRAP, IRCA or proof of successful completion of other social auditing training;
- Experience in working in production environments and with footwear brands, conducting compliance audit in factories/suppliers, especially in the apparel industry;
- Good language ability: good spoken and written in English;
- Good communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, solutions at executive level;
